Cisco APAC Pulse
Cisco APAC Pulse BLUE was recently approached by Cisco to develop and execute a regular standardised internal email blast that would keep every Cisco employee throughout the Asia Pacific up-to-date with the latest Cisco news.

Challenge
Cisco has 12 business units, each of which was sending out their own monthly eNewletter. The result was an overload of information, arriving in different formats, many of which did not adhered to Cisco's brand guidelines.

Solution
BLUE consolidated all 12 of Cisco's eNewsletters into a single email blast. The new format tightened up the content considerably and ensured that all of the information was presented in a single Cisco brand compliant format.

Furthermore, a community element was added to the program called "In the Spotlight" which featured a different Cisco employee every month, as well as a variety of interesting facts and competitions in order to make the eNewletter more engaging. The newsletters popularity has increased - with more click-throughs in the first three hours after the second email blast than there had been for the entire first issue.
